We purchased a lighted artificial Christmas tree from this company in 12/This last Christmas, strings of lights were outDespite as thorough a search that we were able to do (for broken bulbs, cut wires), we weren’t able to find the problemWe contacted the vendor who initially refused to assist (and rudely so) with our repair request even though they were able to confirm by checking their records, the tree was still under warranty but have given us the runaround about getting a repair scheduledIt’s our opinion that they may be using delay tactics to extend past the warranty periodWe have talked to both the assistant and general managersWe even said we’re willing to pay out o pocket if we had to in order to get the tree repaired
