This customer went on our website and booked reservations for an event that already had taken placeAs a courtesy we did indeed reach out to the customer to see what day she wanted to attend as a courtesyWe did not have a party scheduled on site for that day.Our policy on our website states that
we do not offer refunds but we can gladly rebook due to the misunderstandingAll customers are expected to read the calendar and review their reservation before a payment is submittedThe date will appear several times during the reservation process therefore we cannot refund because of customers not readingModern Day Monet has been rated one of Ohio's Best Place for Paint and Wine (not just Cleveland)Our establishment has been in business for years and we are in no way a scam
