I bid on an item. My bid was ***. Next thing I know, I’m being told I won a bid for ***. and my ***. I was also charged . for a *** I did not bid on. I bid on a completely different *** but was told I bid on the *** they designated. Once I was informed that I “won” the bid,I immediately called and left a message telling them there was an error. I did not bid that high number. They did not call me back. They texted me telling me that I am responsible for this and would not credit me. They did nothing to try to resolve the problem. They could have given the item to the next bidder but I think it might have been in the ***. dollar range. They did not acknowledge that *** I’m forced to pay the number they say I bid. They did not ship the item to me so they have my money and the product.
