I am rejecting this response because:Son requested only one hair cut , and even that hair cut was done in proper. The store has a sign for how much a kids hair costs and it is not

We have not had any complaints. No one has asked for a refund.

It was told before the haircut was started that if he wanted another haircut it would be considered another haircut.
