THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. They are the *** people and company I have ever delt with! I bought my car in NOV 2019 under the agreement that the front bumper would be replaced shortly after. I reached out MANY times trying to get it fixed, and was blown off and told this and that and never given a day I could bring it. I was even blocked by the sales person on *** for trying to reach out and get this issue resolved. Finally I had to contact the Revdex.com, once I did that Justin, the owner asked ME to reach out to HIM. I did, and was told that the sales person never told him and they had no paper work, so I showed him the proof that the sales person said the work would be done, he asked me when I could bring it in. I told him to just let me know when the part was ordered so I wouldn’t be without my car for too long. NEVER got a repose again. So I had to call the dealership and ask, finally spoke with Courtney, the only person with any customer service what so ever, and she said if I brought it in Monday it would be done by Wednesday, here it is Wednesday at 5:34 and no car. I called at noon and spoke with a glorified receptionist who had no clue what she was talking about, and said someone would call me back. No call by 4 so I called again, spoke with a sales person who didn’t even know what vehicle I was talking about and when we finally were clear it was mine, he said it should be done today and would call me. An hour later when most body shops and dealers would be closed or closing and they put me on hold for 10 mins, and my husband calls and they tell him it won’t be done untill the end of the week. So I call to at least find out where my vehicle is and they answer the phone and say “we don’t have time for this, you have been calling all day”, and yes, I blew up, because I’ve been dealing with this for about 5 months!! Then he hangs up on me, I call back and ask where my car is, he says “your car is at blah blah blah, go get it and leave me the *** alone”. Great professionalism and customer service they have.

I purchased car from Thai dealership in Sept. after 30 days this car was leaking oil had transmission problems! Spoke to Jessie she assured me they would just turn their back on me and give her chance to work on the problem! I heard nothing after that tho N.C. s kept going wrong with car. Spoke to Justin he advised me not call dealership or him anymore!

Brought 2001 chevy corvette from us directly.. Was told they would turn tag in and make payoff within 7 to 10 days. This happen on Feb 13 2019. As of Feb 28 2019 no tag turned in. DMV suspended husbands licenses and no payoff yet to lien holder with a payment pending.. Have talked to Lien holder and DMV have filed proper paperwork. Modern Automotive is now refusing to answer phones calls. Car is not on lot....
