I am rejecting this response because: Hi [redacted] this is exactly why we are filing this complaintModern Auto Body was aware that the paint did not cover the bottom of the rockers which is why the rust occuredWe were led to believe that for the past ten years that they would be willing to repair the rockers but it really is all our fault that we believed them when they told us they would be fixed and they aren't because the same thing happened with the headlightIt was never repaired correctly so we were constantly bringing our vehicle back to them to have the light bulbs replaced when they said something very similarThe headlight was out of warranty and we would need to have pay to have it replaced ourselves so we went to volkswagen and paid to have it replacedBut this isn't how it should have to be and that is why we have filed this complaintWe should have had the repairs done to our vehicle orignially correctAnd when we first brought it to Modern Auto Body's attention they should have repaired it immediated and correctly instead of putting it off year after year giving us the hope that it would be fixed at a later timeThese are the exact reasons why we filed this claim that the work was not originally correctly done and when we brought it to there attention they didn't cover it under there own warrantySo then is the next problem that they did not honor their warranty when we originally brought this to them?
