I am rejecting this response because: Its funny how they say they refunded 3 payments now (before the complaint was filed) but in their first response they said they only sent 2 refunds. And that credit card has been shut off so I don't know how they have refunded anything to it. It's pretty obvious their story doesn't make sense. So where did these "refunds" go because that credit card doesn't exist anymore. I can't produce a statement of a credit card that doesn't exist. They should be able to prove completes transactions though which I know they can't. I guarantee they all came back to them as account closed. But yet again one of these companies is going to get to scam me because I had to turn my credit card off because they kept trying to charge stuff after I cancelled. So whatever just give me the legal department and I'll take it to court as I know for a fact that account was closed and records will have to be subpoenaed because they aren't going to be honest.

for $261.02. That should bring the total amount refunded to her to $536.02.
two refunds have been processed for Sharon's orders of $229.96 each, for a total of $459.96. She should be able to see those refunds on her credit card in 1-2 business days.
