I applied for an apartment online, on June 17, There's a $non-refundable application fee and a $hold fee The hold fee was not to be applied/processed unless they approved my application, which they did not do They rejected my application, but charged my account the $anyway I called and emailed them numerous times and they never bothered to return my calls

I am rejecting this response because:
They should not have deducted the $300 to begin with, and they need to pay the overdraft fees that I incurred because of their deduction.  They also need to stop addressing me as [redacted], my name is [redacted] to them.

Please see attached ledger showing the dates of the money exchanged with [redacted] applied with Modera Tempo on 7/18/2017, her application came back declined on 7/18/2017. On 7/20/2017 [redacted]'s $300 was issued back to the card she used to pay the deposit with.[redacted] called on 7/20/2017 to...

verify we had reversed the transaction on our end. We confirmed we had. Unfortunately it can take the credit card company 7-10 business days to credit this account a reversed charge.It would be best for [redacted] to contact her credit card company if the $300 has not credited back to her account. We can't expedite the process through her credit card, we can only reverse the funds back to the card she used.
