our students and clients quality services. Our reps and trainers are proud to be punctual and professionals. We are a Canadian Company and our prices range from $1000.00 to $7000.00 for our services. Our files show that you entered into an agreement for $2500.00 for a self-development (Modelling/Acting) workshop that is held in [redacted], AB Canada. In all our North American tours, it is conveyed that classes would be held at a location specified by the rep.  Locations are chosen based on a central city that is easily accessible to students in their designated area. That particular search was held in [redacted] on June 17, 2017 and hopefuls were redirected to [redacted] the following weekend due to the hotel being under construction. The hotel was unable to give us a completion date for their construction and the location was moved to Athabasca on June 24, 2017 Our central service center informed all that had registered for the workshop that it was to start on August 19, then it was changed to August 12, 2017 and our service sent an email out to all our clients that the location and date had changed. All students showed up and we were not informed of any concerns. Our service center then received an email from you, [redacted], in September that someone had passed away in your family and that you would not be driving in for that day’s session. We were able to accommodate the absence. On Monday October 02, 2017, we received an email that was sent to our central service center on Friday September 29, 2017 at 6:45pm. The email stated you, [redacted], had a concern and your daughter would not be in attendance for class on Saturday September 30, 2017. Again, we are still not sure what your concerns are. We also received a notice from Revdex.com on October 02 to our central service center [redacted]. We are investigating if any of our reps had misrepresented themselves. From what we have seen so far this is not the case. Please help us to understand what it is that you are alleging. We understand that you paid $2500.00 for a series of workshops that are still being held in Athabasca. [redacted] We are a company that delivered what our clients paid for. [redacted]
