On September 26, I personally met with Lucy M***, Owner/Buyer ofModa Vintage Design, Hertel Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14216.As MsM*** had not responded to my complaint submitted on June 27, 2017,I felt it was necessary to resolve the issue with MsM*** in person.I am pleased to
report that during our conversation MsM*** stated that thethree items in question assigned to her December were not immediately soldand quoted to me their sale amount less her commission, which was the $40.00previously paid to me in April However, in an act of good faith as abusiness person, MsM*** provided me with an additional $cashpayment for the sold items.Please mark this file as "resolved to the customer's complete satisfaction" anddelete any negative connotations against MsM*** and/or Moda VintageDesignThank you for your assistance in this matter
