I think there is confusion as to the order of events. Here is the correct order as I remember them.I returned a pair of moccasins to Moccasinsales.com and asked for a different size. I included the invoice with a note making this request. The business is now asking for an email on this issue. No, the request is hand written on the invoice included in the box with the returned moccasins. The bill is coming due from Visa, yet I do not hear from the business. Then, I emailed the business pleading for a response. I am surprised to learn that I should have just kept the moccasins and given them to a friend because I am hastily being given a refund and no offer to pay my shipping on the return of the moccasins. I am not asking for a different style. It is too late. I already have ordered and received a pair from another company. I am just out the $shipping. I have learned a lesson and am now ordering from those companies that include a prepaid return label with their merchandise. It would have helped if this company’s phone number listed on their website would have worked for I tried to call them. The call would not go through, and, more alarmingly when I went to my local post office the address for this company supposedly did not come up on the computer! Luckily, they must have received the return. I am not going to belabor the point anymore. Actually I thought the case was closed. I have learned the important lesson about not ordering form companies that do not include a prepaid return label in the original packaging of their merchandise! Sent from Mail for Windows

I am not asking for a different style. It is too late. I already have ordered and received a pair from another company. I am just out the $7.68 shipping. I have learned a lesson and am now ordering from those companies that include a prepaid return label with their merchandise.
