This place sucks they do nothing to fix any issues that you have I live in a property in Waynesboro Virginia *** moved in in March then a week or two later found out we had black mold in the heater vents AC vents the bathroom sink falling off the wall the toilet was not bolted to the floor the rear steps are loose rotten and falling off the wall gutter if falling off the roof none of the doors latch like they're supposed to the heating and air conditioning does not work correctly front door only held shut by a deadbolt should I keep going contacted the maintenance people numerous times the only thing I got out of them was called Housing Authority that's the only way we'll get anything fixed because Brian will not fix anybody people that live there says the same thing oh yeah not to mention the parking lot floods when rains so you walk in 3 to 4 in of water to get to your vehicle when finally get in touch with Brian but you by the way you never meet until he takes you to court for some reason every time when you when I said something to him oh we get right on top of everything went to get stuff fixed okay after talking to him almost two weeks later still nothing fixed or even looked at so anybody looking to rent or buy from this man or company or *** which is brand wife should think twice and run like *** the other way
