Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me although it should have never taken this long to provide someone with the proper medical necessities in lifeMy dad did not receive his Medicare card until March which means that since January when I contacted Mobility Unlimited, they could have proceeded with the insurance my dad had in placeNow it is still five months later and my dad still not set up with the proper medical necessity to simply move or leave his home for even fresh airIt is correct that his DrIs currently out but I am working on his appointment in seeing his dr's nurse practioner in Dallas since [redacted] cannot see him until August I just want this information to be noted in this file and this business to realize that my dad's wheelchair is a medical necessity not something for leisure Regards, [redacted]

receive his Medicare card until March which means that since January when I contacted Mobility Unlimited, they could have proceeded with the insurance my dad had in place. Now it is still five months later and my dad still not set up with the proper medical necessity to simply move or leave his home for even fresh air. It is correct that his Dr. Is currently out but I am working on his appointment in seeing his dr's nurse practioner in Dallas since [redacted] cannot see him until August 24. I just want this information to be noted in this file and this business to realize that my dad's wheelchair is a medical necessity not something for leisure.
