This complainant purchased a product from a company that was illegally selling MobileSoft technologiesOnce MobileSoft discovered the illegal sales MobileSoft severed the business relationship with the company making the salesMobileSoft has never had any relationship with this complainantThe fact that the complainant got caught up in an illegal scheme and was defrauded is not the responsibility of MobileSoftHowever, even though MobileSoft had no obligation to do so, MobileSoft offered a lifetime service at a 75% discounted rate over the current pricingThis complainant made the decision to not accept the offer and instead file this complaint with the Revdex.comWe have empathy for this complainant, but he has no basis for any complaint against MobileSoft

I am rejecting this response because:
The partner of Mobilsoft had a valid contract at the point when they sold a license for 1,apps to meMobillsoft decided to terminate the contract with their partner and blackmail existing buyersImagine a BMW cancels the contract of one of their licensed stores and decides that people who fully paid for their car have to pay x-times the original purchase price to keep ownership of their car. The (black)mail is attached to this messageIn their message, mobilesoft threatens buyers with the deactivation of their active apps, unless they pay again for a product they already fully paid forThis is EXACTLY the kind of shady (or potentially unlawful) behavior the Revdex.com thankfully helps customers identify. PS: I did not receive my original payment back; I cannot update or create appsThe PayPal payment I made in panic for app has been refundedThat does NOT change the fact that I purchased 1,apps (lifetime) under a valid and active contract from a Mobilesoft reseller
