Vendor replaced screen on an iPhone. When completed, the phone no longer had battery status. Other than a broken screen the phone worked and functioned perfectly prior to the screen replacement. Vendor policy of we fix or it's free was not upheld in my opinion. Although the screen was replaced, the phone no longer functions as it should. Battery status on a cell phone is not an option, it is a requirement.
