the part that Mr [redacted] is leaving out is that we have a policy of a svc call fee of $85.00 for...

showing up and a min charge of 2 hrs @ 99.95 per hr that he agreed to and give us a card number for this amount.
he also agreed to come to our shop the following morning for the repairs so we did not charge his card all the time he was lying to us knowing he had someone else coming to do the job. we would have did the job there like the other company had he not agreed to bring it to us. in fact this was his idea.. they I called him to explain that he stilled owed us for the svc call and fee and he said we didn't do anything. on his statement to you he agrees we repaired wiring. he also lied to the roadside assistance ppl so I will copy this and send it to them as well. all we want is for him to pay his bill that he agreed to pay in the first place. if he refuses to pay we will be forced to put a mechanics lein on his trl. no exceptions .. and thank you for your time .. we are sorry for him wasting your time.
