Review: Failure to honor promised refund and very poor customer service. Not dependable at all!

He came to my house to look at my tv. After what I described to him and after what he saw he said he believed it needed a new projection lamp. He said it would cost $125. My dad asked him if the part did NOT make my tv work if we could get a refund. He said, "not a problem". The part came in and he came back over to install it and needless to say that did not fix my tv. This was a Thursday night and when he left he said he was going to do some more research to try to figure out what the problem might be. He also left the "new" lamp at my house. I was expecting to hear from him the following day. In the meantime my father made the decision to go ahead and get me a tv (he didn't have much confidence in him). By the end of business that day after my new tv was up & running it dawned on me the he had never even once tried to contact me. So I waited till

Monday to contact him. Starting that Monday he won't answer my calls, he won't return my calls, if and when he does reply to a text message he reply with another "excuse"! Example: at the doctor, car broke down, family emergency out of town. The ONE time he did answer my phone call was when I blocked my number! He told me that he would contact me the very next day and he hasn't! Needless to say we are out the $125 which isn't much but it's the point to me. He has done us wrong.

Desired Settlement: We just want our money (that he promised we could get)back.
