To whom it may concern:This is in regards to the complaint you had on 3/14/ID# 12038263.I emailed Mr *** ( I have enclosed a copy of the email) to let him know his refund was here and ready for him to pickupI tried calling him but did not get an answer,In regards to his complaintWe do not
