The company showed a real concern for the customer by making sure that the customer had heat even to the point of rescheduling other apps's. Kudo's. And the tech that took care of our appt was a top notch professional in his manner and his work. He suggested other points of interest for us to think about and to possibly replace other parts that were weak and may cause trouble in the future and thereby eliminate the possibility of being without heat in the winter. Great job.

We had an established relationship with a gentlemen who had his own business and also worked for other companies off and on. He finally retired. He was great and like a member of the family. We were very worried we would not find another person/company that could fill his shoes. Thru a friend's recommendation and what I found on the web I went with Jordan Air. They were very professional, priced fine, and very welcoming. We had what turned out to be a non-issue, but because we were concerned they came back the same day. No charge. They even replace a small part that probably did not need to be replaced. Had no hint of irritation and just concern for us being sure. Just wow.

Came home from vacation and found my A/C was not working. Called and a representative came out to assess the situation. The system needed replacement. Initial contact was on Wednesday and a replacement A/C system was installed on Friday. Installers were friendly and knowledgeable. System is working fine. I recommend Swift to anyone with A/C problems.

A Salesman was called, He showed us what he could do with the
purchasing of a new unit . The salesman suggested we buy LENOX the oldest
and most trusted company...Case closed !!!! We bought and could not be happier with our NEW Unit
...Matter of fact we feel warmer in our house, even with a low setting
Hence, we feel this unit will pay for it's self though out the years.
