Mobile Safeglass

Review: Mobile Safe Glass replaced a windshield on my Audi A6. In doing the work the technician erroneously cut the wires to the rain sensor and did not disclose this. When the car started the wires arced and fried the sensor unit, which also controls the headlights. I contacted the business owner, [redacted], and he advised me to take the car to the Audi dealer. The repair cost $614.01. Mobile Safe Glass has refused to reimburse me for the repair that was necessitated by their incompetent technician.Desired Settlement: I wish to be reimbursed for the $614.01 damage this firm caused to my car.
