Review: On November 2,2013, I made a withdrawal of $100 plus 2.50 fee from my bank using a Mobile Money ATM Machine at Pick N Save In Ironton, Ohio. The transaction came through my bank on December 23, I had assumed that had already came out of my bank account in November. After the transaction between Mobile money and my bank, I had made 2 very small transactions , total of 3 overdrafts. My bank charged me $36 for each overdraft totaling $108. This should have came out of my account in a more timely matter. I have used the ATM before with no problem. My bank will not remove the fee's because it is not bank error. This has caused me a lot of trouble, worries etc. I am on a fixed income and every little penny counts. This is unacceptable business transaction, it should have withdrawn from my bank by the next business day. They transaction that came through on Dec.23,2013 was a forced transaction, as described by my bank. This is an excellent example of bad business.Desired Settlement: Reimburse me for whole transaction. Deposit of 100 plus bank fee's of $108 totaling $208 , if there was a reason your company couldn't process the withdrawal in a timely manner then you should have contacted my bank to contact me. This caused major disruption in my living expenses, this is so totally unacceptable and never should happened.
