Review: 1800calldoc was hired to help my ailing father, a victim of Alzheimer's. My father had become unable to be transported to his regular doctor and was diagnosed as being in his final stages of Alzheimer's. A mobile doctor that could see him at his facility was an ideal situation. 1800calldoc was hired after changing insurance companies at 1800calldoc's request. Finally hired 1800calldoc to send a nurse practitioner to specifically take my father off the Alzheimer's, Cholesterol, blood pressure, medications etc. This was done in accordance with his wishes and at the agreement of all family members.

1800calldoc sent a woman out with the agreement that she would follow up in 2 weeks. After 1 month an a half and no follow up, we received a bill from the Pharmacy. 1800calldoc never did what we had asked. My father was still receiving all medications - no change was made.

At this point I called [redacted] on Wednesday April 30th 2014 and expressed my dissatisfaction. [redacted] said he would look into it and get back to me quickly.

[redacted] did not call back until Monday May 5th, 2014. [redacted] explained that the nurse that was sent out was fired and apologized. His only solution was to send another nurse practitioner and bill again.

Since 1800calldoc billed my fathers insurance company for the first call so I didn't think it was fair to be billed again for a second attempt at making things right.Desired Settlement: Reimburse my fathers insurance company for a job that never got finished.
