Review: I had Rogers Mobile Home Supply put in new windows in my trailer which he did, the problem started when it started raining, the windows leaked. So I called him to come back out and fix them, so he did. Then I started to have other problems with leaking. I called back and he come back out again, so when it rained again the windows were still leaking. He come out again and put drip visor over the big windows that were leaking and it looks worse now then when I had to old windows. The silicone job looks like a 3 year old did it. And the windows is still leaking. I have called and said he would back out never called or showed up. I proceeded to go by there on the 14th of June to see when he would be back out he said would be out that day and to call and remind him, which I did. He did come out and fixed the window again and spend maybe 15 minutes of his time, so when I called him on the 19th of June, he couldn't believe it was leaking again, he said he would be out to fix it that day, since he was down the road, he never showed up, so I called again on Thursday about 5 pm, He said he was to tired to come out. So he told me he would be back on Friday, well I called back and he said he was at the office, so I am still waiting on him to fix my windows.Desired Settlement: REPLACEMENT OF THE WINDOW THAT STILL LEAKS AND COST TO FIX HIS BAD CAULKING AND THE COST TO TAKE OFF THE TACKY WINDOW GUARDS WHICH HE DRILLED AND SILICONED TO OUTSIDE OF MY TRAILOR.
