stated m the agreement the® products have a manufacturer' sone year limited parts and labor warranty from the manufacturerand not from Mobile Home/ftV parts Sales. There are no otherwarranties either expressed or implied.A defective component was replaced shortly after the inital installationand the customer was not charged, on several occassionsthe customer called to say that the unit was not operatingproperly, in each instance we responded and could notfind an mechanical problems. This continued into the year 2015and we continued to respond even though the factory warrantyhad expired. Again no mechanical problems were found and thecustomer was not charged for any of these service calls. •As a sidebar The customers were in our place of business inthe year 2016 inquiring about the availability of another productfor their home. At that time no mention was made aboutthe air conditioner or it's operation.In our opinion the air conditioner is operating as it was designedand built to do. with no mechanical problems found inany of our calls to answer the customer* s complaints we cannotoffer any possible solutions.We trust that this will serve to clarify the situation.
