In regard to propane tanks, we offer TWO services which our advertising reflectsFor $we offer an exchange program where a customer brings in an empty tank and we exchange it for a full tankWe also sell FULL tanks for $if the customer does not have a tank to exchangeTo my knowledge
this is standard practice with anyone who deals with propane tanksAs the customer stated, he went to OTHER locations and they wouldn’t refund him either
