if it was fixed wrong two times how am I even sure it will not be worse than when I dropped it off u already have caused me more damage and moneyI want a refund for what I paid to youand I will not stop till you do cause you messed up my car

How can I fix the car if she cannot even bring it to me? The car Kansas City, and my shop is in St. Louis. I cannot warranty a job without having the car at the shop.
