On MARCH 26TH I ORDERED SETS OF RINGS GSUREGRIP HI-TECH POLYMER LONG TENSION CORDS: 20"-5'3" TO 5'5"FIRST I ONLY RECEIVED ONE SET THEY WERE PER SET TOTAL OF PLUS SHIPPING, I SENT A COMMENT TO SOMEONE ON FACEBOOK BECAUSE THAT SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY WAY TO REACH ANYONE THEY FINALLY SENT ME TWO SETS OF RINGS WITH NO VIDEOS AND NO STRAPS I'VE TRIED CALLING THIS COMPANY AND THE CUSTOMER CARE SITE HOWEVER NO WEB SITE AND THE PHONE NUMBER JUST GIVES YOU A RECORDING THAT NEVER RETURNS YOUR CALLSI WOULD JUST LIKE WHAT I PAID FORALSO THE ON DEMAND VIDEOS DO NOT WORK

I am rejecting this response because:Mobile Auto began repair on spark plugs WITHOUT asking me or notifying me. When I was aware of the spark plugs being repaired they had already began and told me that it would be no charge. When I received my vehicle me and [redacted] agreed on payment arrangement. He received $225 total with a balance of $70 to be paid at a later date. My vehicle became disable two block from his business and is still currently disabled. When I contacted the business I was told that I needed to fuel my car and that "BARE MINIMUM WORK was performed on my vehicle to get it running". I was constantly promised my vehicle on specific dates and times so I was unaware that my vehicle repair was not a priority and was also never told that either.All of my phone calls with this business were recorded. I will attach the last one.This business has not tried to contact me regarding this matter.
