I bought a 2007 [redacted] on [redacted] took it to an mechanic who discovered the transmission is slipping, which is covered my paid. Paid [redacted] rentalI bought a car from mobico auto sales on [redacted] after an independent mechanic discovered a slipping transmission we took it to mobico which the transmission is covered it has only been 20 days from the date of purchase. My problem is the car isn't ready yet and I have paid [redacted] in rental and Mobico wont help on the rentalDesired SettlementI am seeking [redacted] for the cost of the rental.Initial [redacted] Response this customer came back to us complaining about the transmission slipping he said he took to a mechanic and that mechanic gave a list of things to be done but they never gave us the list, so we fixed a loose air [redacted] and loose hose then we took the car to Milford N[redacted]for the transmission well came to find out from Nissan that this kind of transmission doesn't have gear and there is nothing wrong with it what's so ever we refuse to refund him money for a problem that didn't exist we went well beyond any body will do to solve any issues they have we even gave him 6 month warr[redacted]rain to make him happy. you can contact Milford Nissan for verification of what i'm saying. as far as we concerned this matter is closed there's nothing i'm willing to do for them, I did a lot and they know that.[redacted]
