I have trained in MMA gyms all around the world, and although this gym does not boast all of the cutting edge gear found in the industry, the personalized training and comprehensive knowledge that each instructor offers overrides any qualms I may have about outdated equipment. I would recommend this gym to any person that is looking to get into MMA and any seasoned veteran looking to add to their understanding. The Muay Thai instructor there ([redacted]) is by far the most skilled instructor I have ever come across, and has truly mastered the art as well as the ability to pass on his appreciation and understanding to others.
