Review: I am submitting this complaint as this company overcharge my daughter in towing and storage fees. The car was towed from an [redacted] apartment facility where she was visiting. The car was towed on 4/17 at 1:20am and was told it will cost $175 to retrieve the car. A man which is the manager stated it will cost $275 to get the car by 4/18. This due to a $50 day fee. He did not state the $50 is per 12 hours day fee but we were under the assumption it mean just what a day is 24 hours day fee. There is no policy of this $50 fee and the timeframe, the Manager lied about the time the car was picked which was 1:20pm. Either way, we were willing to pay $225 but he the Manager - [redacted] was nasty and rude with saying either pay the $275 or leave the car. We have a photo of the white out storage fee policy. I didn't get a warm feeling on the company being legit, so I am asking for a full investigation and refund of the difference of $50 since the policy does not match what was requested. You can't state it is a company policy then go against it by being greedy.Desired Settlement: Refund of $50, full investigation on the company business and if legit then have the company implement standard policies. The receipt of payment states $175 + $50 but we were charge $175 +$100.
