I am rejecting this response because:It was my understanding from the repairman that was here prior to my contacting the Revdex.com that there is no guarantee that the oven will work if it can be fixedThat would mean putting out more money for an oven that does not work Also, we did contact the business before contacting the Revdex.com and were told they would not help us
