On October 4th, 2018 my husband and I purchased a 2010 *** with 77000 miles on it from this dealership. Before purchasing the vehicle, I saw the tire hazard light on and ask that the tires be checked and everything be fixed if there was damage. We left the dealership, the light was out. By the next morning the tire hazard light was on again. On Friday October 5th, 2018 I took the vehicle for an oil change at a local *** dealership and asked that they check the tires. They discovered a tire that had been plugged and had a slow leak and informed it needs to be replaced. There was also a leak in the exhaust do to rusty clips ($50 fix).
Within two weeks, after the cold weather set in, the vehicle would not start.
On Thursday October 18th,2018 we made several attempts to contact the man who sold us the vehicle, Paddi M. We have yet to hear back from M. By Friday October 19th, 2018 we spent $652.00 in an attempt to repair the vehicle. The battery and spark plugs were replaced. My husband called the Warehouse dealership again only to be sent to voicemail. By next morning the *** was not starting.
On Monday October 22nd, 2018 my husband received a call from the Warehouse Manager Tom. Tom relayed that unless there was a catastrophic issue with the vehicle, the vehicle was sold as is and the dealership could do nothing for us.
On Wednesday October 24th we took the *** to a different mechanic, who diagnosed the truck and found the computer was shot and needed to be replaced. This is upwards of a $1000 fix. Paddi M has yet to return my calls. We had the car for 24 hours before pumping money into it. The dealership sold us this vehicle as-is under the auspice it was a good used vehicle and their mechanics go through the vehicles with fine combs. They sold us a car that needed a new computer and now want nothing to do with us. This is not only poor customer service, but they misrepresented the vehicle to us and took our hard earned money.
