already talk to [redacted] and she already find out who sell her the merchandise cause we didn't sell her and receipt she has, someone use our order book and give to her!!!
Review: At the Omaha Health Fair earlier this year in April, I bought 2 bamboo pillows from DebraAnn aka The Sheet Lady who works for your company. She had gave out of the pillows and were to mail me the pillows and I never received anything. I called the number on the receipt several times, left messages, and no one ever called back - seems like a bad number (424-644-6000). I also emailed [redacted] which was on my receipt but still nothing. Ive emailed her address at [redacted] and it my email was returned. Her cell is was listed-but no answer or return call from her cell. My receipt number is [redacted]-purchase date 4/12/2015. I prepaid for 2 queen pillows and you had a special rate of $30.00 - paid cash. I still would like to have my pillows.Desired Settlement: I just want my product or a full refund of my money.
Review: At the [redacted] on July 19 2014, MMCA International advertized sets of sheets for $45 each one.
I requested 2 sets that they did not have at that moment, in the sizes and colors I wanted.
I paid with my credit card $90 for 2 sets. Friends and family later that day told me the quality was really bad,
so, next day, July 20th, I called them on the phone and requested a cancellation of the order and refund to my credit card.
Since the person who answered the phone had problems understanding and speaking english, I also wrote a detailed e-mail,
explaining the same. On the phone the male who answered promise the refund. The e-mail was never answered.
Time went one month and I called again, this time a female answered and promise to go ahead immediately with the refund.
I also wrote e-mail. Another month went by and nothing happened.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund $90 to my credit card.
Review: I purchased scarves from MMCA Internation for my boutique, while attending [redacted] in Atlanta. I purchased the items in mid July 2013. The items did not arrive until the end of August. Upon arrival 9 of the scarves were incorrect styles and very poor quality from what we had ordered. We contacted them immediately to exchange them or to return them. We were told that we needed to speak with [redacted], whom we have yet to speak with. We spoke with someone name JoJo who told us that a return shipping label was mailed, which we never received. We made several other attempts at calling and emailing and got no response. We contacted them again today and were told that now the order was placed too long ago to be returned.Desired Settlement: We would like to return the incorrect scarves for a full refund of $36.
Review: At the california Gift Show on 7/19/14 I bought 2 sets of sheets in different sizes and colors they did not have at the moment.
I paid $90 ($45 each set) with my credit card and they were supposed to deliver next business day. Talking with other attendants to the show they said the quality of the sheets was really bad, so I called on 7/21/14 to cancel the order and requested refund of my money. They said OK but nothing happened. I also contacted by e-mail, but never responded. I contacted again on August 5, by e-mail and phone, and they assured me the refund will be made. On August 22 2014 I talked on the phone with [redacted] and she told me they reimburse immediately. September 5 and 24 same story, I contacted by e-mail and phone and nothing happened.Desired Settlement: I want they to refund the $90 either by check or credit card credit.
