Agreed to buy 2 second chance Great Danes, one 4 year old for $250.00 and the 6 month old puppy for $1500.00. We got the dogs and they were so out of control, not answering to any commands, barking all the time, and running into us which left big bruises... decided we needed to give them back and she gave us a chance to think about taking just the puppy back which would be a easier option. So we thought about it for a few days and decided yeah we would take the puppy back that we paid the $1500.00 for it.. now she has blocked us and will not answer any of our calls or messages.. I guess she has decided to keep both our money and the dogs which leaves us without either... I don't believe this is fair or any type of good business practice.

Other (requires explanation) She can either refund us some of our money since I know she can sell the dogs for the same money again, or give us the puppy that she said she would.

This complaint has been addressed. I have contracts stating that I am not required to refund any monies for returned dogs yet I have agreed to refund them $1000 by February 2020 and I have since refunded $500. Customer agrees to drop complaint and has signed an agreement stating they will drop the complaint and no longer pursue any further complaints with the Revdex.com. I can email copies of all signed contracts if I need to for bother the purchase agreement the surrender form and the new contract signed stating they will withdrawal said complaint.
