We have already addressed this with Mr [redacted] several times Mr [redacted] is fully aware that our processing fee is due for the services that were provided to him

Ms*** - signed an agreement that clearly states this is a binding agreement If you sign and send back to us you are required to pay our processing fee if you do receive your refund Once the agreement was received from Ms*** - we provided the information for her to collect on
her refund She did collect on her refund and therefore based on the agreement that was signed by the client our processing fee is due

As stated above - we have already addressed this before -   We are requesting this complaint be closed.

Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  M&M  assets has never stated what services they provided to obtain refund. The contract states [redacted] will process ALL paperwork necessary for the release of funds. It further stipulates that if their services result in payment I agree to pay 15% of the processed return as fee to M&M Assets.  So once again I ask that M&M assets provide all paperwork [redacted] processed as necessary for the release of funds. They did not fulfill the terms of the contract.If they produce the paperwork to show they are complaint with the terms of the contract I will pay the fee and close this complaint. As they have not proven ANY compliance with the term of the contract I will expect them to acknowledge as such. Regards,
