Mlr solutions was so good to me. Specifically Gary, he helped me on this medical bill I received and was able to understand my situation. He helped me create installments that were convenient for me. His customer service was phenomenal. Thanks Gary!

I had a balance with Anne Arundel Community College and Gary was very helpful. He understood my hardship and worked out a payment plan that fit my budget. Then he went a step above that and made sure I had his direct contact information in case I needed to make any changes to the payment arrangement. He was extremely professional and attentive through the entire process. Any questions I had he answered and was always sure to call me back right away whenever I left a message. I called MLR Solutions, regarding an issue I had with a claim on my credit score and wanted more detail. I was directed to an agent named Gary, who was extremely helpful. Not only did he help me solve my issue, but he also gave me more information to gain better credit. He was not only helpful but very nice and understanding. In the future I will request to speak to Gary due to his knowledge, helpfulness, and sympathy.

Review: A person that answers by the name of tom g[redacted] states he's the supervisor/manager is billing me in fraud and will not stop. He also will not give the name or contact information of the owner of MLR solutions in [redacted] Pa. This person is a bully and shark trying to scam people out of money. He transfers you all around different places of the company to make sure you don't get to the owner, and is harassing me with bills to a school I never even attended - [redacted] University saying I owe thousands of dollars.Desired Settlement: 1) Call company to investigate harassing and fraud charges.2) Publicly list company per my compliant on Revdex.com website.3) Make contact with owner to advised complaint as been filed with Revdex.com.4) Provides resources to clear my name from this company using in fraud.
