Upon receipt of notification
from the Revdex.com regarding an issue with a customer we have since relinquished the situation and our customer is still our customer and does not require a refund at this time.
The issue arose when the customer called our Customer Support line and could not understand our agent due to a bad phone connection. Our Customer Support agent was in a location that was experiencing bad weather and they also experienced a power outage on the day that the customer tried to contact usThis caused our customer to become frustrated.
We made contact with the customer and have fully assisted her with the technical issues she was experiencing. Her email was incorrectly input and therefore caused lissues. She is now able to lto the product and has been assisted to her full understanding
