Review: Hello: I placed a order for a dv7 17" laptop screen order number is [redacted] on Aug 12,2013, I received my order on Aug 21,2013, I contacted the company via email to get a refund or an exchange because they shiped me the wrong item, so I have went through the steps that was required to recevie a refund, the company never sent me an rma return form so I mailed the Item back to the address that it was shipped from and they did not send me a refund and they have the item back and I can't seem to get in contact with this company. Amazon tried to get this company to refund my money but they won't because they are making a claim the they didn't recevied the Item I sent the Item back via US postal Service and for a signature for the return. it is now Jan 30,2014 and I am still without a refund, also I lost a customer because of the this it took to long and I had to buy the item again from another vendor via ebay.Desired Settlement: I Just want my money back so that I can move on, if not then I may have to file a law suite and I really don't want to go that route

The customer returned the package without awaiting approval of the RMA. The last message I received from the buyer was on September 9th, 2013 when he submitted the RMA. I proceeded to reply to him in the RMA on September 10th, but did not receive any reply and the buyer has not sent me any messages or emails since then.
