MKD Solutions, LLC entered a contract with [redacted] with [redacted] acting as Manager This contract is dated August 17, and was signed by [redacted] on August 18, This contract required [redacted] to pay a down payment of $9,before MKD Solutions, LLC is obligated to perform any work A condition precedent In fact, the Invoice dated 8/20/was approved by signature of [redacted] *** Instead of paying the $9,as required, two payments totaling $2,were paid [redacted] and [redacted] owe the balance of $6, Please understand this is only the first payment and is a down payment under the terms of a contract totaling $32, The balance of $6,of the first Invoice and down payment is still owed [redacted] and [redacted] ***, through their communications, including her complaint to Revdex.com, has breached the contract Nonetheless, MKD Solutions, LLC is still owed the balance of $6, Collection efforts were initiated after Ms***’s breach of the contract in an effort to collect the sums owed by her and [redacted] *** MKD Solutions, LLC, despite not having received the full down payment did perform some work under the terms of the contact to which it is also entitled a payment In addition, due to [redacted] and [redacted] ***’s breach of the contract, MKD Solutions, LLC is also entitled to the recovery of further damages constituting their loss profit, prejudgment and post-judgment interest, and attorney’s fees The statements made to the Revdex.com by [redacted] are and are merely a feeble attempt for her and her entity, [redacted] ***, to escape their contractual obligations to MKD Solutions, LLC What is important to understand is that MKD Solutions, LLC did not have to do any work until it has received the entire down payment of $9,in full for which [redacted] and [redacted] fully failed and refused to perform
