Review: I placed my order December 2014 for a face chart palette for the amount of $25 I used [redacted]. On their website it says that they ship out every 2weeks.I never received a email confirmation from the company or a tracking number. I called them in the middle of January to see what was the issue. When I spoke with [redacted] he said that because of the Holidays they were behind. I told him that I understood and an email notification would be appreciated because they never sent me one to explain this delay. He looked up my info and said he would send it out. So I waited another 3weeks. Still no email notification regarding shipment or tracking info. I called once again. He asked for all my info and I once again gave it to him. He claims it was sent out but couldn't find the delivery conformation. So I believe once again it was never sent. So he told me he would call me back. Waited two days and he never called. I called him once again and he said he sent it out with fedex. Claimed he would email me information. It's now April 12 2015. I like to give company's a benefit of the doubt but this is just ridiculous. I have never paid for something online and not received it. I cannot believe a company that has 80k plus followers on IG would neglect a customer. I'm furious!!!Desired Settlement: At this point I'd like my $25 dollars returned asap
