I had stated in my complaint that I was owed money ($380.62), and I was still having a problem with the vehicle not shifting correctly which has been noted from day one? Although I certainly appreciate Rhinebeck Ford paying me the money owed to me, thats only one of two problems in my complaint? I have asked Rhinebeck ? Ford (Vinnie P [redacted] ) in my complaint, and in a certified letter to give me direction on how to handle the shifting problem with my vehicle? I live hours from Rhinebeck Ford, so I wasnt sure if I could take my vehicle to a local Ford dealer or back to Rhinebeck for serviceI have recieved no responce from Rhinebeck Ford? Please note that MrP [redacted] said a letter was addressed to [redacted] who is no longer with Rhinebeck? A letter from me was never sent to a [redacted] ***, I have never heard of him?
