Refused to provide warranty., damaging property and refused to pay to have it fixed or replaced. Sent unqualified workers to perform job. Want them to fix some of the work that was not done correctly.

all of his stuff was completed and he even still owes a bill. 1745 dollars that is still owed.
He signed off the work was done satisfactory. That is how we get paid. He paid us all but the 1745 dollars still.
He wrote it all out and signed it.
