Review: I purchased a [redacted] coupon for this business for prepared meals for pickup. I was given a time and place to pick up my order. When I arrived at the designated place, it was an emtpy warehouse. I have called and left messages and no one ever returns my call. [redacted] indicates that this vendor marked my order as redeemed but I have emails proving I did not redeem on the date the business said I did.Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor my [redacted] order.

Response:
After speaking with [redacted] from the company on 5/21/13 she stated she has spoken with [redacted] and [redacted] will be issuing the refund back to the customer.
Review: We purchased an in-home cooking class in December of 2012. There were numerous attempts to set up the class through April of 2013. In April, the communications halted and there has been no further communication through multiple attempts via email and phone call. There was no delivery of service nor the ability to obtain a refund. There have been multiple reviews on [redacted] describing the same situation that we are having. The website is still active and is still able to process transactions.Desired Settlement: First, we would like a refund. Second, if the company is no longer in business, we would like to have the web site taken down.

Response:
I spoke with [redacted] from the business and she stated that the coupon the consumer purchased has since expired. She advises the consumer to email her at [redacted] to set up a date for the in home cooking class.
Review: On 3/15 I purchased 2 vouchers through [redacted] for 6 take home meals each from MJ Creations. The voucher stated it would expire 6/30. On 4/30 I emailed the company to place my order. I also called and left a message. I did receive an email back from her on 5/9 stating that I would have to pick up my order on 6/25. She also called me and went into great detail about how the pick up would work, and gave me instructions on how to order from the items listed on her website. On 6/3 I sent an email with my order for pick up on 6/25. I never heard back, so about 2 weeks prior to 6/25 I began calling/emailing/and leaving voicemails almost every day. On 6/25 I actually drove to the location listed on the website, and it was an empty house listed for sale. I contacted [redacted] several times about a refund. I kept getting this reply email from them stating that since the order had expired there was nothing they could do. THEN, on 6/26 [redacted] sends out an email stating that "due to unforeseen circumstances" the pick up date for the order will be delayed until 8/25.
Today is 8/17, and I have emailed my order to them on 8/6, 8/12, 8/14 and 8/17 and have received no response. I have also left several voicemails in that timeframe and have received no response. I have also left several messages on the companies facebook page and have received no response. I have paid the $** for the service, I have spent a lot of time trying to fulfill the order before the voucher expiration date, but the company refuses to acknowledge that I exist. I don't know what to do, I really just want my money back since I paid for something the company is refusing to provide.Desired Settlement: I am not interested in the prepared food service, I just want a refund. It is very frustrating to know that the company has received the money, but clearly has no intention of providing the service. This company has taken the money and ran. It has almost been 4 months since I began the process of trying to place my order. Please help me get my money back. This has to be illegal.
