Wow!!! Where to begin.. Kyle was the ultimate professional, he was knowledgeable and understanding of what my needs were. He listen to what I wanted, and he delivered on time. The Pacific Wave was a great choice... The roofers were very efficient with installation and clean up. I will have more services performed by them this year.( Vinyl siding and gutters ). If you are thinking in the near future of getting a new roof put on your home, called this company you want be disappointed!! Great Job Mix Property Solutions!!!

From start to finish Kyle and his team took care of our issues with the upmost care and professionalism. My experience with Kyle who was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable, not just about roofing, but in how to deal with insurance processes as well. I was on travel for work when the issue came up, Kyle came to the house and covered the roof so I would not have any other issues. He then worked with me to give me the best price available. When installation day came his team was on time and completed the job in just one day. A complete roof that looks great in just one day!!!! Cleanup was very thorough and absolutely everything was done to perfection. These guys are good. Really good. I highly recommend Mixed property solutions, especially Kyle for any property concerns. I will definitely use them in the future if another household problem occurs.
