In response to [redacted] issue we will refund her the $350+tax and try to get [redacted] to refund our loss in the meantime

I am rejecting this response because: Them stating about my dog is totally since they don't have a clue as to what my dog is going thru. I have taken him to the vet and was confirmed for fleasHe was treated with oral medication as well as others He has been sleeping in my other home with my wife to avoid fleas again. He was scratching heavily during the time he stayed in the apt. As for proof of having fleas, I have kept several dead fleas for proof and if they want to set up a trap, they can do that. My bites are not because of me being paranoid. They are actual flea bites. Totally ridiculous statement from them.

In response to [redacted] issue we will refund her the $350+tax and try to get [redacted] to refund our loss in the meantime
On July 17, 2017 our company performed a free inspection for [redacted] 2 family home because of the mice activity they were experiencing. We offered a 2 visit mice exclusion for $250 plus a quarterly pest control service to continue thereafter for $45 per month. [redacted] purchased the...
package and we performed the initial two visits on July 19 and July 31st. On those visits we setup rodent bait stations around the outside of her home, setup traps and many more bait stations on the inside of both apartments. We also applied a very effective powder inside common entry points. Also the entry points from the outside of the home had been sealed. On the second visit we discovered that the mice had consumed that bait from some of the bait stations located inside and outside. After the second visit on July 31st the quarterly visits were to continue every 3 months. However, we dispatched our service manager Eddie to her home September 21st and 29th because [redacted] claimed both times that she was finding mice droppings. On both those those visits what she pointed out to be mice droppings were actually specs of dirt from her small plant located on her kitchen table and living room window. In addition Eddie had surrounded the plant on the window with traps to result not a single mouse getting caught. On October 10th and October 16th myself and another one of our technicians returned to discover dirt and not droppings too. On the last 4 visits relocated some traps and bait stations but we never found any activity in them. As per our professional experience, we cannot believe that mice are bypassing powdered and sealed entry points, dozens of traps, and bait stations to find no food source, dig into a plant and then on its way out bypass all of that again. If there was daily activity of mice the customer would see the actual mice, hear them running through wall voids, and find signs of them gnawing on foods but none of that has happened. We do believe that the little specs of dirt being found next to the plants are possibly from the children at play and any actual droppings they claim now have been found are likely old droppings that had been there prior to all of our visits. We will cancel the contract immediately. However we cannot refund the money for six treatments provided.
As a reminder, [redacted] has had 6 chemical treatments done in his apartment so pesticide safety is a concern at this point as he is not providing any proof of live bugs as he is stating. He has very little to no furniture in his apartment so there is no question as to whether or not we...
treated incorrectly or if the right chemicals or materials were used. In fact, even the chemicals that were used for bedbugs initially would have had a significant impact on the fleas as well as they are also labeled for killing fleas. His claim of us not responding to his phone calls is false. We actually left off leaving him a voice mail requesting his email address so that we can explain how he could setup a simple home-made flea trap but his last voice mail to us stated that "testing is a waste of time". The flea trap would help in determining whether or not he actually in fact does have fleas or not. Typically, in flea infested homes, dogs would also indicate some signs of persistent scratching as most dogs do when there is an existing flea problem in the home. We did not witness any of this type of behavior from his dog. But regardless of what, we do want to help [redacted] come to a conclusion to this issue and we are at a phase now where we are trying to rule out any insects and see if it may be possible that he's experiencing post-itching from all the scratching he has done on his body. Persistent scratching can make bites and hives worse so it may be possible that [redacted] is experiencing a post affect of this. It would be recommended that he tries to stop scratching his bites to alleviate any post-itching and to maybe use an anti-itch ointment for a few weeks before assuming another treatment is needed. [redacted] also advised us that he would purchase a flea trap from [redacted] to produce proof of any live bugs prior to our last visit and unfortunately he did not follow through with his word. We still treated one last time regardless even though we did not see any fleas and again nor was his dog scratching itself. We also are trying to rule out the idea that [redacted] may be requesting follow up visits due to paranoia or phobia of insects he may have developed through this process. At this point we are willing to setup traps in the customer's home to confirm any possible on-going flea activity if the customer let's us; and we are willing to treat again only with proof of live activity. For his own safety, we cannot continue treating his home with pesticides without confirmation. Thank you. Sincerely,[redacted]
Review: On or about early June 2015, I payed Mitebuster in full to treat my apartment for pesticide issues. They initially diagnosed the problem as bed bugs and treated my apartment for bed bugs. After the 3rd treatment the situation did not change in fact it got worst. They looked at the entire apartment again and told me it was fleas as oppose to bed bugs (1st diagnosis). They admitted their misdiagnosis and started treating for fleas. Fleas treatment was 3 times as well but it did not solve the problem. To date I am still getting bit. I am seeing fleas (dead and live) and infact save some for proof. They no longer have been returning my calls for treatment. This service has a 90 day warranty. From the time they started the treatment, the situation did not get any better. In fact the fleas are becoming more aggressive. I understand the 90 day warranty. If it was resolved and the warranty should have started then. I need to stress the situation did not improve. Please help.Desired Settlement: I just would like them to resolve the problem.

Review: On 07/22/2014, I hired Mitebuster (a pest control company) to come to my house for a bedbug K9 inspection. I paid $374.50 for the service. Two handlers and two K9's came. The two K9 handlers are a father and son team ([redacted] & [redacted]). [redacted] told me that he brought his son [redacted] and a smaller dog to have some training. They ([redacted]'s team, supposingly certified & [redacted]'s team, still in training) performed the inspection but did not alert to the presence of bedbugs. Following the inspection, my husband and I continued getting bit so we hired another pest control company for a second opinion (a second K9 inspection). The result was positive. As a result, I contacted Mitebuster and explained the situation. I requested the owner [redacted] to provide me a copy of [redacted]'s bedbug K9 certification called NESDCA Certificate (NESDCA stands for National Entomology Scent Detection Canine Association). However, Mitebuster failed to respond. Instead, the owner [redacted] tried to fool me by sending me a NESDECA certificate of a completely different K9 handler and dog, not the one who came to my house. I contacted him at least twice to request the correct NESDCA Certificate but he did not respond.Desired Settlement: A complete refund of $374.50 either in cash or credit back to my credit card.
