Review: Took vehicle to repairman in January of 2013. Was told that the engine needed replaced, so we complied. We payed $750 for the engine. As of July 12, 2013, the day of issued complaint, the truck has neither been repaired nor returned to its rightful owner. On several occasions, the repairman stated that he had purchased a bad engine, and would need extra time to get the correct one. 7 months is an unacceptable amount of time. We've never received any checkup phone calls from the man; it was always our responsibility to contact him to see how things were going. We ask for help in this distressful time. We would like a full refund of the $750 engine, a tow truck paid in full to transport the truck to another mechanic, and compensation for damages that may have incurred from the truck sitting idle for 7 months.
