Response:
The business has responded. Please see below:[redacted] brought me his Chevy Impala on July [redacted] 2013. I installed a rebuilt transmission purchased from Advanced Auto with a 3 year or 75,000 mile warranty. On May **, 2014 [redacted] returned because the transmission had failed. It was covered under warranty so I called Advanced Auto. They supplied us with a new rebuilt transmission, and I installed it. On August [redacted] called to say he had the same problem. I did not say I wouldn't help him, I simply said I could not that day because I did not have an open bay in my shop. [redacted] took it upon himself to go to Aamco to fix his car. I am not liable for that cost he incurred. I was more than willing to assist him, I just needed space in my shop to accomodate him. He chose to go to a different place and endure the cost.
