Tell us why here...Two things...first understand that this has nothing to do with Korrect Retail stores in Louisville which are the locations [redacted] Second, please note we have no control over when the [redacted] orders are received and processed by our lab It looks like it took over a week, almost weeks to get the PO's from the [redacted] We got these jobs out very quicklyThe delay was with your [redacted] provider sending us the ordersWe apologize for the inconvenience and please note your additional two pair were delivered to you on 12/23/[redacted]

I left a message for Mr [redacted] regarding his glasses, He left a return message that he had received them and were working at firstHe has damaged the frame and will bring to optical shop in Columbus to have them either adjusted or replacedI will follow up with him to see if he has come in to have them looked at

I spoke with Mr*** on the phoneWe do have the sunglasses in process and I have them shipping overnight to patientI have also restarted his clear pair so he will not have to wait or return the pair in errorMr*** has my direct extension should he need any further assistance

According to *** *** the patient was a first time VA customerThe first pair came to him with the bifocal lines unevenPatient rejected and optician put in an order for a remakeThe second pair was send out, quick turnaround, and patient receivedHe states those are also unsatisfactory but
does not want a second remakeHe did not want to wait any longer and when optician ask him to return to see what the issue was on the remade pair, he refusedI will reach out to patient and let him know we will refund. We have contacted Mr*** and he has since received both pair of glasses as promisedMr*** expressed frustration with the Optician who was delayed in-submitting his order to the VA for approvalHe also mentioned a phone call to C/S that was not returnedBoth employees in this matter
have been coached by our management team, and the importance of promptness and good communication was stressedThat is a basic expectationOur C/S Manager contacted Mr *** and was was very gracious and satisfied completely with his eyeglassesI do not feel any additional action is warrantedThanks*** *** ***Vice PresidentKorrect Optical***
