Mitchell Fence

I contacted Mitchell Fence Company of Hudson, NC in February 2016. The next week a representative came to my house and looked at my fence and gave me a price to repair. Very polite older gentleman I cannot recall his name. I discussed with my husband and called and left a message stating I would like to have them do the repair. I waited a week and never heard back so I decided to call again and go the owner on March 4, 2016 @ 12:07 p.m. and his exact words were, "just be patient I am working on a 1000 ft project in Lenoir". I thought this was very rude. I have never heard back from him.
