Review: The owner/accountant, [redacted] Mitchell has refused on multiple occasions to return our ORIGINAL TAX DOCUMENTS for tax year 2012 & 2013. On each occasion we were told that she would mail them to us after making copies for her files. To date, we have not received OUR documents.

She has not returned phone calls, letters, the company e-mail bounces back and the fax machine is no longer in service. My fear is that she has ALL pertinent information if she wishes to use/sell our information for Identity Theft. Also, there are documents in her possession that we need (health expenses, child care expenses, tax payments, etc.)Desired Settlement: I would like have my belongings returned to me, as is required by law.
